Start with the lodge, rather than the region
Safari lodges can have different entry points, access arrangements and arrival requirements. Send the lodge name, full address and any directions provided by the property. A general destination such as “Kruger” is not enough to confirm the driving arrangements.
Let us know whether collection is from O. R. Tambo International Airport, a Johannesburg hotel or another address. Add your flight details if arriving by air, along with any lodge check-in time or scheduled activity you need to discuss.
Plan the day around your arrival
An international arrival followed by a longer road journey needs careful scheduling. Share the arrival date, flight time and whether an overnight stay in Johannesburg is already part of your plan.
We can discuss longer journeys with an overnight stop where appropriate. Do not assume that accommodation, lodge activities, reserve entry fees or additional transfers are included: ask for the inclusions and exclusions to be confirmed with your proposal.
The right vehicle for your group and destination
Tell us your passenger count, children’s ages, suitcases and larger items. We also need to understand the lodge’s access requirements before confirming the proposed vehicle and arrangements. Child seats are available on request.

Include the airport, flight number and arrival date in your request, together with the exact lodge destination. Meeting arrangements are confirmed before travel.
Can you arrange a transfer to any Greater Kruger lodge?
Send the particular lodge details. Availability, road access and vehicle suitability need to be confirmed for each request.
Does the transfer include a game drive?
The service described here is private transport to or from your lodge. Game drives and other activities are separate unless explicitly included in your written arrangements.
Can we arrange a return or a second lodge transfer?
Yes. Include all dates and lodge addresses so each leg can be planned and quoted.
