Continuing to the Garden Route

If your first stay is in Wilderness, Knysna or Plettenberg Bay, include that destination in your enquiry. A long coastal transfer needs a different plan from a short airport-to-hotel journey: collection timing, breaks and any overnight stop should be discussed before confirmation.

What to include in your airport transfer enquiry

  • Your flight number and arrival date, plus the return flight if relevant.
  • Your hotel or accommodation address and a contact email.
  • The number of adults and children, with children’s ages.
  • Suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs or other bulky luggage.
  • Any child-seat, accessibility or preferred vehicle requirements, for confirmation.

The service described here is a private transfer request for your party. Passenger numbers, vehicle arrangements and the quoted journey are confirmed individually.

Can I request a Mercedes passenger van?

Include your preferred vehicle in the enquiry. Vehicle type, passenger capacity and luggage space must be confirmed for your travel date; website imagery is illustrative.

What if my arrival time changes?

Share updated flight details as soon as you have them. Ask for the collection, waiting-time and delay arrangements to be confirmed in your quote before booking.
