From George Airport to your Garden Route stay
Your enquiry should include the flight number, date and exact address of your hotel, lodge or holiday home. An accommodation name alone may not give enough detail to plan collection and arrival, particularly for properties outside town.
For a return transfer, send your departure flight details too. Collection timing and the proposed route can then be discussed as part of the same travel plan.

These are different onward journeys, so the quote should reflect your actual destination. Include any requested stops and let us know whether you would prefer a direct transfer after your flight.
If George is the start of a longer itinerary, send the dates and locations of your later stays. A separate transfer between towns or a multi-day chauffeur arrangement can be discussed alongside your airport collection.
Planning for families and luggage
Tell us how many adults and children are travelling, children’s ages and the number and size of your bags. Include pushchairs, golf equipment and other bulky items so vehicle space can be considered.
Child seats, accessibility needs and any specific vehicle preference should be requested in advance and confirmed before you book. A photograph on the website does not guarantee a particular vehicle for your date.
