Privacy policy
Oniri Private Transfers is a trading name of One 2 Boulevard (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2017/109489/07.
Your transfer request
When you request a transfer, we receive the contact details and journey information you provide: your name and email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, locations, travel date, passengers, luggage, flight number where relevant, and any additional details. Please share only information needed to plan your journey.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a vehicle and price proposal, and communicate about your arrangements. Sending a request does not confirm a booking or add you to a marketing list.
How your request reaches us
The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver your submission by email and send an automatic acknowledgement. Its submission flow uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. These providers process the submitted details and technical information needed to operate their services. Email and form services may process data outside your country.
If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation takes place through WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy terms.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed and enquiry-related actions. Analytics is not loaded until you accept. We keep advertising features disabled and do not send the contents of your enquiry, your name, email address, phone number or exact travel details in our analytics events.
You can decline analytics or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining does not stop you requesting a transfer. Google processes analytics data on its own infrastructure; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Browser settings, consent choices and blocking software can affect what appears in our reports.
Questions or requests
For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, email nuno.rodrigues@one2boulevard.co.za. We retain journey correspondence for the time needed to handle your request, administer agreed arrangements and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
