One city, two names on your itinerary
Travel documents and accommodation listings may use either Gqeberha or Port Elizabeth. Send your exact airport, hotel or lodge collection point rather than the city name alone. Include your destination address and the date of the journey.
For an airport arrival, select Airport transfer and add your flight number. If you are being collected after a safari stay in the Eastern Cape, provide the lodge name and address so access and collection arrangements can be discussed.
Onward to Plettenberg Bay or Knysna
Tell us whether you are travelling directly to your next stay or would like planned breaks along the way. Include any intended stops in the Tsitsikamma area or elsewhere so the route and waiting time can be considered.
A transfer with stops needs a different schedule from a direct journey. Ask for a route-specific time estimate and a quote that sets out what is included. Activities, entry fees and accommodation are not included unless expressly agreed.

If your itinerary continues from Plett to Knysna or onward to Cape Town, send the full sequence of stays and dates. We can discuss individual transfers or a chauffeur schedule across several days.
Include all passengers, children’s ages, suitcases and special requirements. We confirm the proposed vehicle, agreed arrangements and fixed price before you book. The enquiry itself takes no payment and does not confirm a reservation.

Either name is fine in your enquiry. The important details are the exact collection address, destination and travel date.
Can you collect us from a safari lodge?
Send the lodge name and full address. Collection, road access and timing need to be confirmed for the particular property.
Can we travel from the Garden Route back to Port Elizabeth?
Yes. State the direction of travel and include any flight deadline or accommodation timing when requesting the quote.
Can we include a stop in Tsitsikamma?
Tell us the stop you want and any activity booking times. We need to agree the route and waiting time before travel.
