Collection and your Knysna destination
Send the address of your Cape Town hotel, holiday home or airport collection point and the full address of your stay in Knysna. Include accommodation check-in times and whether you have a fixed arrival commitment.
For an airport collection, add the flight number and local arrival date. If you are connecting from an overnight international flight, tell us whether you want to travel onward that day or have time in Cape Town first.
Make the coastal journey fit your holiday
You may prefer a direct transfer or a journey with a planned meal break and stops along the way. Tell us what you have in mind so driving time, waiting time and the agreed route can be reflected in the quote.
Knysna may be one stop in a wider Garden Route itinerary. Share any onward stays in Plettenberg Bay, Wilderness or another destination. We can discuss separate point-to-point transfers or a driver schedule across several days.
A clear proposal before you commit
Include passenger numbers, children’s ages and large bags. Tell us about child seats or other seating needs before travel. We confirm the vehicle and fixed price for the agreed arrangements before you book.
Ask for the quotation currency, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any costs for extra stops or waiting time to be set out clearly. Sending a transfer request does not take payment or confirm a reservation.
Before your journey.
Can we arrange a return journey to Cape Town?
Yes. Include both dates and collection addresses in the request. If you are returning for a flight, provide the departure details.
Can the driver wait while we stop?
Agreed stops and waiting time can be part of the proposed arrangement. Include them in your request so the schedule and quote reflect them.
What if we are staying outside central Knysna?
Send the full property address. The exact collection and drop-off points matter when planning the route and timing.
Is a multi-day driver available?
Select Multi-day chauffeur if you want transport around several stays or across a number of days. Send your dates and accommodation plan for a tailored proposal.
