Meet your driver at arrivals
Include your flight number, arrival date and full destination address in Plett. Confirm the meeting point and driver contact details as part of your arrangements before you travel. If your itinerary includes a domestic connection after an international flight, send the flight that arrives in George.
A flight number helps identify the arrival you are requesting. Ask how delays and waiting time will be handled when reviewing your quote, and contact Oniri if your flight or travel date changes.
Plan for suitcases, children and extra equipment
International visitors may arrive with luggage for several weeks. Tell us the number of large bags as well as hand luggage, and flag larger items such as golf bags or a pushchair. Passenger count alone does not determine the right vehicle.
Child seats are available on request. Provide children’s ages and seating requirements so these can be confirmed before collection. If you need a stop on the way to your accommodation, include it when you request the transfer.
Your arrival and departure journeys
You can request an arrival transfer, a return to George Airport, or both. For a departure journey, send your collection address, flight time and luggage details so the proposed pick-up schedule can be confirmed.
If you are staying in Knysna before continuing to Plett, or need additional driving during your stay, include the dates. We confirm the vehicle and fixed price for the agreed journey before you book.

Will we share the vehicle with other travellers?
Oniri’s transfer requests are for a private vehicle and driver for your party. The proposed vehicle is confirmed before you book.
Can you also collect us in Plettenberg Bay for a flight?
Yes. Include the departure date, flight details and full collection address to request a Plett to George Airport transfer.
Can we stop in Knysna?
Include the preferred stop and expected time there in your request. Stops and waiting time need to be agreed in the itinerary and quote.
How do we enquire from overseas?
Use the transfer request form or contact Oniri by email or WhatsApp. You do not need to be in South Africa to plan your arrival.
