From a Cape Town hotel or airport to Plett

Airport collection needs your flight number and arrival date so the pick-up can be planned around your arrival.
If you are flying from the UK or United States, tell us whether you want to continue towards the Garden Route after landing or spend time in Cape Town first. We can discuss the driving arrangement around the accommodation you have booked.
A direct journey or stops along the Garden Route
A longer coastal transfer can be planned with agreed breaks. If you would like to stop in a particular town or for a meal, include it in your request. The route, stops and waiting time need to be included in the proposed itinerary and price.
Rather than rely on one generic journey time, request an estimate for your collection address, stops and destination. If the planned day would be too long for your group, ask about a journey with an overnight stop. Accommodation is a separate arrangement unless specifically included in writing.
Your group, luggage and proposed vehicle
Tell us the number of adults and children, children’s ages, large bags and any extra items. A family arriving with international luggage may need a different vehicle from a couple travelling light. Child seats are available on request and need to be arranged before travel.
We confirm the proposed vehicle and fixed price before you book. If your holiday includes further journeys around Plett, Knysna or a safari lodge, include those dates too so we can discuss separate transfers or a multi-day chauffeur schedule.

You can also request Plettenberg Bay to Cape Town. State the direction, date and any flight departure time so the schedule can be planned.
